Grandma's Greek Yogurt Tzatziki

Crisp and refreshing, this salsa would be delicious accompanying almost any meal.

- plain Greek yogurt
- garlic cloves minced
- mint leaves
- cucumber
- fresh dill
Start by prepping the vegetables.
Cut of the ends of the cucumber and peel off the outer skin. Cut lengthwise in half and scrape out the seeds. Then cut into strips and dice.
Mince garlic. Finely chop mint leaves.
Add yogurt to a serving bowl and mix in cucumber, garlic, mint, and dill. Stir well.
Set in refrigerator for an hour and let the flavors merry together and get very cold.
Garnish with mint and cucumber.
