Easy Warm Cinnamon Apples
Insert a dose of fall with these easy warm cinnamon apples. Great to add to breakfast, desserts, or enjoy by itself.

- 4 crisp apples peeled, cored, and diced
- 2 TBSP butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp sugar white or brown
- pinch of salt
Peel, core, and dice apples.
Melt the butter in the skillet over low-medium heat. Add the apples to the skillet and coat with butter. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.
After 5 minutes, add the cinnamon, sugar, and salt. Coat apples and continue cooking COVERED for 5 more minutes or until the apples are soft and gooey.
